How late can we send you orders?

We take dispatch orders as late as 8 PM. The exact cut-off depends on your operational setup and the carrier schedules, and we write it into the contract.

Will my parcel ship the same day?

We aim to dispatch the same day for orders placed before the cut-off. We agree hard guarantees per account, since they depend on the carrier and your order profile.

How fast does a parcel reach the customer?

Courier shipments in Poland and the EU usually arrive within 24-48 hours of handover to the carrier, depending on the destination.

Do you handle refrigerated transport?

Yes. We carry products that need a controlled temperature of 2-8°C, with thermal monitoring the whole way.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Yes. We ship beyond the EU with courier partners that handle customs clearance, covering more than 90 countries in total.

Where does the shipping speed come from?

From robotic packing. The line packs up to 1,200 parcels per hour, and parcels go out to couriers within hours of the order, not days.
