Cold storage and secure zone

Stock that needs special conditions

Not every product survives an ordinary rack. We run temperature-controlled zones, handle distribution of deep-frozen goods, and set aside a secure zone for high-value stock under full monitoring.

One hall, three regimes

The zones are not separate buildings. They are dedicated parts of the same hall, each with its own rules for intake, storage and release.

Your range can therefore use several conditions at once, without splitting stock between two operators.

  • The cold chain stays unbroken
  • Picking without taking goods out of regime
  • Releases synchronised with collection

Who this zone is for

Controlled conditions matter wherever temperature or the value of the goods decides whether a product is still sellable once it reaches the customer.

  • Supplements and cosmetics sensitive to temperature
  • Food requiring chilling or freezing
  • Electronics and goods with high unit value
  • Products whose storage conditions you must document

We set the parameters around your stock

Temperature range, storage method and access rules follow the specific assortment. A batch of supplements runs on one regime, deep-frozen goods on another, and a pallet with high unit value on yet another.

One thing is already settled on paper: the warehouse at ul. Jędrzejowska 47 in Łódź holds a decision of the District Sanitary Inspector in Łódź. It covers the storage of shelf-stable foods and foods requiring an unbroken cold chain, in the manufacturer's unit and bulk packaging, including dietary supplements and foods for particular nutritional uses, as well as food-contact materials, order kitting and distribution.

The remaining parameters we confirm with the quote: tell us what you send and the conditions it has to hold.

  • Sanitary approval covering food, supplements and the cold chain
  • Temperature range matched to the assortment
  • Capacity and storage method sized to your volume
  • Access and monitoring rules in the secure zone
