From Łódź to 90+ markets, the same day

An exporter selling across dozens of markets was losing customers to an early cutoff and unpredictable transit. After moving shipping to Completio, orders placed by 8 PM leave the same day, bound for more than 90 countries worldwide.

A 2 PM cutoff and transit with no guarantees

The previous operator closed order intake at 2 PM. An order placed in the afternoon in Berlin or Paris waited until the next day before it even left the warehouse. In competitive western markets, that is the difference between a purchase and an abandoned cart.

The second problem: every market had a different carrier, different labels, and different rules. Transit times could vary by days for the same country, and customer service couldn't answer a simple question: when will my parcel arrive?

A 8 PM cutoff and one carrier consolidation

We moved shipping to Completio, where orders are accepted until 8 PM and leave the warehouse the same day. The 8 hours gained cover the entire evening shopping peak in western markets.

We consolidated the carrier network into a single point: for every market, the service with the best transit-to-cost ratio is selected, with one integration and one tracking flow for more than 90 countries. Statuses and tracking numbers reach end customers automatically.

  • Orders accepted until 8 PM ship the same day (D+0)
  • More than 90 countries served from a single warehouse in Łódź
  • Carrier consolidation: one integration and tracking point

The 8 PM cutoff gave us an edge that is hard to copy. An order placed in Berlin in the evening leaves Łódź that same night.
